Lady Bugs and Update

I am sorry ladies, I haven't been able to post or do nails in almost 3 weeks I think. Life has happened :)
But I am not done, once I get past the smell (lol), I will do nails. But in the meantime... my list of to do nails is growing.

All the challenges I was in and want to do, I will have to postpone :(

But it won't stop me for looking at beautiful nail art.

Here is one I did before

Princess Tiana

I just love doing this mani. I decided to do Disney's Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog. I am submitting it for a contest, why not.

Taylor from Nailed to the T is hosting the contest. Go check it out, the last day to enter is September 1, 2012.

My base color is Zoya's Mitzi and on top of that I used BM-314 stamping plate Essie's Mojito for the swirls. The rest is done by acrylic paint. Thanks for looking, and check out the other entries by clicking on the link.

Fergielicious

This is Wet n Wild's Fergie Glowstick and on the accent is Hollywood Walk of Fame

I tried to do a jelly on the accent nail, but it got really goopy. It has to be an easier way to place enormous glitters on your nails. Am I missing something. I think I will place some of the glitter on plastic and peel of the stickers next time. Will that work?

Aloha Heat

Island Girl's, Aloha Heat is something serious. It is a super bright neon mint color. I bought this from our trip in Hawaii. It was too cool to put something else on it right now, but I will think of something to do with it soon. But for now, enjoy the brightness.

Polka Dot, Polka Dot

Essie Sand Tropez, Sinful Colors Olympia

Essie's Sand Tropez and Sinful Colors' Olympia

I used a dotting tool for the dots and alternated the colors on the thumb and ring finger.

It all kind of blends together somehow.

I like the green, it reminds me of Essie's Navigate Her, I don't have it,

but I don't think I will buy it either.

(I also have been using Sand Tropez like it is going out of style)
