Favorite Things Challenge: Day 2, Nail Polish

Hmmm... I don't have a favorite polish b/c almost every polish I own is my favorite. But I will pick a brand if I have to.

Drum Roll Please.

Wet n Wild Megalast!!!!

I picked this brand b/c I am a cheapanista, and overall I love these polishes. They last for a super long time. Compared to all the other brands, I can wear these for 6-7 days without any sign of chippage (made up word).

The base color is a soft baby pink called Sugarcoat, the other purple is On a Trip, the light mint blue is I need a Refresh-mint, and the bright pink is called Candy-licious.

I wish they would come out with more colors or collections, because I will get each and every single one.

Let me know what do you think about them, and how long they last on your nails?

Fergielicious

This is Wet n Wild's Fergie Glowstick and on the accent is Hollywood Walk of Fame

I tried to do a jelly on the accent nail, but it got really goopy. It has to be an easier way to place enormous glitters on your nails. Am I missing something. I think I will place some of the glitter on plastic and peel of the stickers next time. Will that work?

Sunny Gradient

I used the Zoya Surf and Beach colors for this one, Myrta and Arizona. Arizona took more than 3 coats for opacity! I should've used white as a base, but my camera picks up everything, when I think the white base is covered, my camera says otherwise. I probably just have to get better at covering it up.

I stamped used WnW's I red a book. This was my second go at a gradient mani. It is getting easier. I used a makeup sponge and painted both colors and dabbed, and dabbed some more.

Pink Jelly

My attempt at a jelly manicure. I used Wet n Wild's How I Met Your Magenta and NYC Starry Silver Glitter, I just kept layering each one. It ended up being a thick manicure. What is your favorite Jelly Combo?

My First Stamping Attempt...

Hey Ladies, this is my first time stamping ever. I used fauxnads, Shany nailplates, that I ordered off of Amazon. It looks like lace but my top coat smeared it.

The base color is my previous color, Club Havanna, which made it through an afternoon of painting our dining room.

I decided to accent my ring fingers with a lace design, Shany plate 21 (SH21), using Wet n Wild's French White Creme and...

I even went all fancy and used the same color to add dots with my smallest dotting tool. Even though it is not the best, I am a lil' proud.

Wet n Wild, Club Havanna

This is a bright coral orange creme (2nd pic) by Wet n Wild, Club Havanna. This took three coats, and I used Out the Door as the top-coat. I love the brush on these polishes, it make it super easy to paint. Do you love these new polishes by Wet n Wild?
